Last day

Today was the last day of the building process. As you read previously we have made new copper buttons with a finger print engraved on it, making sure it is gonna be understandable for the users. We tested it out on other people and we received positive feedback, the button making more sense now. We have also decorated the installation with the hexagonal shapes we laser-cutted earlier, now fitting much better with the frame.

We worked together with the technical team, making the final touches, having fixed the LEDs in their case and the case itself to the map, fixed the buttons to the top cover and having put all the wires underneath together, making sure it will be easy for us to transport the installation all the way to the city center. Even though we had small issues regarding the ultrasonic sensor later today, the guys fixed them with Rene’s help. We are ready for tomorrow’s exhibitio, having finished our product on time.
