Today we did the retrospective. It came out that everybody likes the concept. Also everyone can work on things they like to do. As negative point, we have to make decisions faster. In the first week we didn’t come the up with a concept. The second week we have been more active and everybody worked on their own tasks. Upcoming weeks we will keep going with this flow. We decided dat we “split” the group in promotion, technical and building. Every discipline is responsible for their own task.
Promotion: Vera and Michelle
Technical: Andra and Vasil
Building: Alexandra and Natalia
We want to see if this works for the decisions in the group. Otherwise one of us is gonna make the final decision for all so that we don’t stick in that indecisive mood.
We also fill in a assessment form, because we have to reflect on what state we are now. Mark also gave his opinion on the form and it was almost the same. For the first sprint we are on schedule.
